In the recovery page, you will see three options to recover your account.The first option will be accessible only if you know your both username and registered mobile number. And this will be the easiest way to recover your account.
The second option will be accessed by only knowing your username. And the third option can be used if you don’t know your username. For that you will need to fill more details.
The second option will be default because username will probably be remembered by everyone. Because phone number may or may not be registered to use the first option which is the easiest one. If registered and remembered then you can go with the first option.
So, in the second option, you will need to enter your “Username” in the mentioned area. As you enter it, you need to click on the “Next” button.In the next page, you will need to prove that you are the owner of the account.
It will be better to follow the on-screen instructions to prove yourself and reach the final step and that is password creating page.In the last page, you will need to create a strong new password.
The same new password should be entered in the second blank with in the same page (if needed). As then, you need to save the changes and continue forward for logging in.
As you login to iiNet Mail with your new password, you will be successful to log in. You shall remember the new password for the next login and also sign out in every logins.
